On 17th February 2017 in Naples in the framework of the SVAM-Network group the experts of Synergia will held a technical seminar on the good practices and innovations on the SVaMA and SVaMDi systems. During the seminar the following topics will be debated:
1. The ICF-CY model as a tool to customize the individualized educational plan for disabled minors
2. The SVaMDi instrument for the definition of the care path of disabled persons
3. The new SVaMA module for the definition of the care plan for the general medicine.
